Cabot Brown is really an amazing realtor. He knew the market, came up with a game plan, executed it perfectly. Our house had an offer of full asking within 2 days. Now, not going to say this is going to happen to you, but he really knows how to sell a home!

When it came to purchasing, we were a bit lost in the whole process. Between the wife and I, we had a list a mile long of things our new home needed. We found a home that met all our expectations except one, and it was me having my man cave. So happy wife happy life. This is the house of our dreams.

Purchasing this house was everything but normal. There were some very strange situations (on the sellers side) but Cabot, with every situation was quick to take the lead and actively sought out solutions. I cannot say enough about Cabot and the way he eased our anxiety about moving to a new area. When he first met us, after a phone conversations or two where he got to know us and what we were looking for, he brought my wife an HGTV magazine as I had mentioned that we were in love with some of the fixer upper shows.
